About your future role
Joining our Corporate Functions HR business partnering team, you will be responsible for supporting senior people leaders across Europe. You will enable us to deliver outstanding results through our people.
Your key responsibilities in this role will be:
• Understand business goals and translate them into people strategies
• Partner with leaders to align workforce planning, budgets, HR operations and talent
activities to deliver the results they need
• Analyze business performance, market trends, and key metrics to provide data driven
recommendations
• Collaborate with Centres of Expertise to develop and deliver group-wide initiatives and
programmes
• Deliver core lifecycle activities

Qualifications needed to be successful in this role:
• 5-8 years of experience as an HR Business Partner in an international environment
• Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly
• Strong business acumen
• Collaborative approach in an international environment
• Outstanding relationship management and problem solving skills
• Fluent English
Additional skills and experience that would make you stand out:
• Fluency in an additional European language would be an advantage
• Experience in a payments or technology companies
