PstrongTenuta Toscana /strong /ppbr/ppis searching for a /ppbr/ppstronguMEMBER SERVICES COORDINATOR /u /strong /ppbr/ppTenuta Toscana, nestled in the heart of the Tuscan countryside, is seeking a Member Services Coordinator who will assist with greetings, reservations, and overall member experience and satisfaction. /ppbr/ppbr/ppstrongMain duties and responsibilities /strong /pulliMeet members/guests upon arrival and departure and greet them by name. /liliCreate and maintain member profiles and preferences. /liliCreate itineraries, coordinate transportation needs, reservations, and activities for members, guests, and visitors and with appropriate departments or vendors. /liliCreate and update list of trusted local area vendors, stores, and services to recommend to members/guests when requested. /liliAnswer incoming Club phones and transfer where needed. /liliCreate and provide reports related to specific departments, including a daily report on onsite activity and up-to-date 10-day forecast of visits and special requests. /liliCreate and update written communication and visual guides including calendars, amenity lists, staff listing, bios, and photos. /liliCreate invitations or fliers to distribute to membership regarding Club events. /liliAssist with planning and promoting Club events. /liliWork closely with Sales to create exceptional experiences for prospects/visitors. /liliWork with General Manager and Public Relations team to promote positive experiences, including photography. /liliAssist in the golf retail shop as needed. /liliOther duties as assigned. /li /ulpbr/ppbr/ppstrongRequirements /strong /pulliHigh school diploma or equivalent.
