This is a permanent opportunity focused solely on functional delivery, ideal for professionals who understand the technical landscape of Guidewire but operate in a business-facing, non-coding capacity.The successful candidate will work on large-scale, multi-country Guidewire implementation and integration projects for leading insurance clients across Europe.Key Responsibilities:Act as the key functional liaison between business stakeholders and technical teamsGather, analyse, and translate business requirements into Guidewire configuration specifications (primarily for PC, CC, or BC)Support end-to-end implementation and integration projects including UAT, training, and functional documentationCollaborate with cross-border teams on European-wide Guidewire rolloutsRequired Experience & Skills:Proven experience as a Business Analyst in Guidewire implementation and integration projects (PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, or BillingCenter)Strong understanding of insurance business processes and system workflowsSolid technical know-how to effectively engage with development and integration teams (no coding required)Fluency in Italian and English is essential; French is a plusBased in or near Milan (or willing to relocate); must be able to work from the office one day per week – (May have flexibility here)Experience in multi-country project environments is highly desirableInterested?Kindly share your updated CV to initiate the discussion.
