(Collaborazione Coordinata e Continuativa) DURATION OF CONTRACT – 5 months (15 September 2025 to 28 February 2026) ANNUAL GROSS SALARY RANGE 30.000 – 34.000 SAFEGUARDING LEVEL 1 JOB PURPOSE The role of FSL & CSSP Advisor contributes to SC Italy Programme Quality, Innovation, and Impact strategy. The Advisor ensures that interventions under the FSL & CSSP themes are designed and implemented with high-quality thematic inputs. It provides targeted contributions to proposals, ongoing projects, and strategic initiatives, ensuring thematic quality and alignment with SCI standards and methodologies. In collaboration with PQII (other TAs and MEAL), Programme Development and Management, Institutional Partnership, and Business Development, the FSL & CSSP Advisor supports SC Italy's strategic objectives under the supervision of the Thematic and Innovation Lead. RESPONSIBILITIES Proposal development: Provide technical guidance and support in proposal development, ensuring programmatic innovation is incorporated where relevant. Project implementation: Offer technical guidance and support to COs on projects within the SC Italy portfolio. Engagement: Support engagement activities, including fundraising and communication materials, as needed. Coordination and synergy: Ensure strong coordination with all relevant SC Italy teams. Capacity strengthening: Assist COs in capacity building based on jointly identified needs, ensuring coordination with SCA. FINAL RESULTS Proposal development Project implementation Support for at least 2 project proposals. Support for at least 4 project implementations with technical inputs and advice. Engagement Provide technical inputs to support engagement processes, including advocacy, fundraising, and communication materials. Coordination and synergy Participate in all relevant technical group meetings. Coordinated capacity strengthening Prepare materials to facilitate capacity strengthening events for COs. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SOFT SKILLS Master's degree or equivalent in a relevant field. At least 3 years of experience in FSL and Child Sensitive Social Protection advisory roles. Ability to work both hands-on and in an advisory capacity. Experience in developing successful funding proposals for donors. Excellent written and spoken English skills for assessment and reporting. Flexibility, teamwork, and adaptability skills. Strong commitment to Save the Children's principles and child-focused approach.
