Responsibilities
* Support the team in customer assistance and ticket management
* Provide telephone and web support to customers for issue resolution
* Follow the administrative part related to invoicing and order entry
* Archiving activities
* Curiosity and proactiveness
Qualifications
* High school diploma in languages
* Knowledge of SAP management system
* Knowledge of ticket management systems
* Excellent knowledge of English and German, both spoken and written
