What you will do:

* Handle inbound calls and digital interactions (email, back-office tasks) with professionalism and empathy.
* Assist customers with package pickup and delivery requests, shipment tracking, claims processing, billing inquiries, and account setup.
* Provide technical support for logistics systems and respond to general service questions.
* Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues following documented procedures.
* Maintain high levels of ownership, efficiency, and customer satisfaction in every interaction.
* Receive ongoing training to stay up-to-date with procedures, tools, and service standards.
Requirements:
* Excellent Italian language skills (spoken and written).
* Very good English language skills.
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
* Familiarity with digital tools and multitasking across systems.
* Previous experience in customer service or logistics support is a plus.
