Job Description
Company: Synergie Italia, a Bologna-based branch, is seeking a Customer Care Assistant for a leading company in the rotary and linear movement components sector.
Position: The selected candidate will be responsible for:
* Managing communications with clients, providing information about products or services,
* Processing orders and handling complaints,
* Verifying the accuracy of order information,
* Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a similar role,
* Experience in companies producing similar products and services,
* Teamwork skills and problem-solving abilities.
Additional Information:
Location and Working Hours: Calderara di Reno, Monday to Friday, standard hours.
Full-time contract offered through temporary employment with the possibility of permanent employment.
