We are seeking an experienced Sales Leader to drive growth and customer outcomes within our Financial Services business. This role will lead a high-performing sales managers and their teams focused on serving banking customers.Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop a team of sales professionals focused on Financial Services FinTech accountsDrive revenue growth and customer adoption across buy-side, sell-side, and market infrastructure segmentsBuild and maintain executive-level relationships with C-suite stakeholders at key accountsDevelop and execute territory strategies that identify whitespace opportunities and drive expansionPartner with specialist teams to deliver tailored solutions across the trading lifecycleNavigate complex sales cycles in organizations with conservative risk management cultures and stringent regulatory requirementsFoster collaboration across AWS teams to deliver comprehensive solutions for trading platforms, data analytics, HPC workloads, and risk management systems
Basic Qualifications
5+ years of senior leadership or 10+ years of technology sales experienceExperience engaging and influencing C-level executives, both business and technicalBachelor's degree, or MBA in management, business administration, economics, engineering, marketingDeep understanding of Financial Services business models, workflows, and technology requirements
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with emerging Financial Services industry trendsTrack record of driving measurable business outcomes for customers
