Job Purpose:
The AWS Customer Success Manager is responsible for optimizing business processes, platform and vendor integration, customer engagement, and partner training. This includes offering shared support and partner success through TD SYNNEX Italy.
An important role for this partner success specialist will be to design and implement scalable regional operational processes and monitor AWS services aligned with TD SYNNEX’s platform offerings. The specialist will work closely with internal departments and others to ensure appropriate understanding, documentation, and coordination of activities are achieved. They will own and coordinate several projects, briefings, and updates, collaborating with TD SYNNEX's Business Unit leaders, marketing teams, and vendors to develop strategies and prepare systems and processes for launching platform products/services/programs/campaigns across Italy.
Responsibilities:
* Scout new partners with proactive engagement
* Onboard, educate, foster adoption, and act as a customer advocate
* Own definition and design of central operations supporting TD SYNNEX AWS Business
* Provide strategic processes and operational support to drive success across the AWS portfolio, including monetization models for products, services, and solutions
* Design an intentional end-to-end customer experience to enable key touchpoints
* Review existing processes and advise on legal guidelines, compliance policies, services, platform support, etc.
* Document all processes to ensure standard service levels in order fulfillment, invoicing, and vendor-customer interactions
* Act as business owner for operations system enablement, liaising with platform teams and IT to define system requirements, specs, and deployment of revenue and pricing processes
* Manage constant communication with countries and stakeholders regarding processes
