Job Description:
We are seeking a Process Launch Management Coordinator for the Electronics team, reporting to the Electronics Process Launch Management Manager. This role is based in Corbetta.
The Coordinator will oversee and validate Offers and New Product Launch activities, ensure application of engineering and manufacturing standards, optimize Capex, remove roadblocks, and monitor project status to meet cost, quality, and time-to-market targets.
Responsibilities:
* Serve as the primary Process Launch Management contact for manufacturing tasks within the division.
* Act as the liaison between Plant Process Launch Management and Product Development, ensuring Offer activation and standards application.
* Coordinate RFI/RFQ processes, confirm production site and Plant PLM nominations, and manage multi-plant offers and industrialization.
* Validate final plant industrial offers, aiming to avoid Capex, re-use equipment, and apply best manufacturing standards.
* Monitor manufacturing needs and risks, deploying studies onsite and with Central ELS AME.
* Track process milestones, readiness, and KPIs, reporting progress regularly.
* Identify and escalate upcoming critical issues to prevent development roadblocks.
* Support training, resource, and structural assessments at the plant.
* Provide onsite or online support for blocking points, ensuring proper escalation for silent launches.
* Ensure compliance with customer requirements, norms, and internal procedures.
* Support project management activities, including Product Change Requests, to mitigate impacts and promote continuous improvement and VAVE activities.
Qualifications:
* Engineering degree
* At least 5 years of relevant experience
* Strong knowledge of production processes and project management tools
* Proficiency with problem-solving methodologies (FMEA, FTA)
* Understanding of industrial KPIs (OEE, CT, FTQ)
* Leadership and collaborative skills, with ability to manage relationships across functions
* Deep knowledge of IATF16949 standards and related tools (FMEA, PPAP, SPC, APQP)
* Fluent in English, both written and spoken
