Compensation & Benefits:In line with our commitment to transparency and people development, the Gross Annual Salary (RAL) for this position ranges between €23,000 and €25,000, depending on the candidate's experience and skills, and will be prorated according to the working hours specified in the employment contract. The position is covered by the 'CCNL Commercio e Terziario' (National Collective Labor Agreement for Commerce and Service Sector), alongside a benefits package that includes meal vouchers, wellbeing initiatives (including Wellhub), and growth opportunities.

Role and responsibilities

We are looking for a Back Office Clerk and Receptionist to join our team in Milan on a part-time contract, with availability required in the afternoon. In particular, the selected candidate will be responsible for:

* Management of meeting rooms
* Management of the main office
* Possible reception cover
* Event management
* Contact Supplier
* Management of outposted sites (contact suppliers, owners and maintainers)
* Welcome guests and new hires;
* Manage travel by colleagues;
* Manage and maintain the offices;
* Manage the archive;
* Report to the head office;
* Manage and deliver business assets;
* Take care of mail and courier management;
* Purchase requests (RDA) creation;
* Supplier verification: data, documents and procurement processes.

Required Skills

* Excellent command of the pc (email and Office package);
* Good knowledge of English;
* Good organisational skills;
* Problem solvingskills;
* Strong attitudeto the relationship with the public;
* Preferably car owner.
* We require availability for a part-time position in the morning
