You will be a couple who live together in a private home in the grounds of the Villa in Torre del Benaco, an eight-bedroom villa overlooking Lake Garda sharing responsibilities of looking after the buildings, grounds and household maintenance operations when occupied, procurement and driving.
With your own one bedroom, lounge, kitchen and bathroom you will live independently in a beautiful home which overlooks Lake Garda.
You will have experience managing a property as a live in couple.
Specific Duties
Grounds, gardening and seasonal tasks
Maintenance and coordination of routine and emergency maintenance
Household operations including shopping
Cleaning of properties and laundry when occupied
Light cooking when the property is occupied
Swimming pool cleaning
Occasional dog walking
Managing property security
Skills and competencies
Fluent Italian and good conversational English
Maintenance skills to take on some maintenance tasks
Gardening
Simple cooking
Driving licence and able to drive on European roads and motorways
You must demonstrate that you have the right to live and work in Italy
The package
Self-employed or company 50,000 Euros per annum for the couple
20 days of leave to take outside of the spring/summer season
The use of a furnished one-bedroom apartment
Use of a paid car (excludes personal fuel)
Use of the internet
