About the Role:
We are seeking an Inside Sales professional to join our client’s team in Pombia. This office‑based role (with smart working one day per week after 6 months of training) combines technical expertise with sales acumen to drive business growth by understanding customer needs, preparing tailored solutions, and building strong relationships with clients.
What You’ll Do:
- Prepare technical‑commercial offers for clients
- Communicate with customers via email and phone regarding offers
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, primarily engineering and project managers
- Maintain strong customer relationships and support new product or aftermarket sales
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or aeronautical engineering OR technical high school diploma with relevant sales experience (3–5 years)
- Strong technical understanding and ability to interpret customer specifications
- Experience in mechanical, aeronautical, or related manufacturing sectors (e.g., motor vehicles)
- Team‑oriented, open‑minded, customer‑focused, and results‑driven
- Advanced English and Italian proficiency
- Comfortable with minimal business travel initially, with occasional international travel possible as the role develops
