As a trusted advisor to the Executive Officer - International Production (ZGS) and their leadership team, the key focus of this role is to deliver people strategies and best practice to support the delivery of business plans through people. /ppThis is an excellent opportunity to partner with the Executive(s) and their Leadership team(s) to develop and execute an annual People Plan that ensures delivery of Zespri’s People Strategy and prioritizes Business Unit-specific people activities. /ppThis is a hybrid role, based in our Aprilia office, with regular travel to Bologna. /ph3Key Accountabilities /h3ulliProvide input into People Strategy decisions and deploy initiatives across the Business Unit partnered on behalf of the People Team in Italy, Greece, South Korea, and Japan. /liliBuild credibility as a trusted advisor and coach to the relevant Executive(s) and Leadership team(s), peers, and the broader People Team. /liliLead the delivery of annual people processes within the relevant Business Unit(s). /liliLead engagement, capability, organizational design, workforce planning, talent management, remuneration, safety wellbeing, and change projects in partnership with People Team Centres of Expertise and executives. /liliPartner with leaders and the Talent Acquisition Team to meet resourcing and talent acquisition needs, aligned with Zespri’s Talent Acquisition Strategy. /liliSupport job design, change management, performance improvement, disciplinary, and other employment matters in line with Zespri’s frameworks, escalating complex issues as needed. /liliFacilitate capability programs and interventions to support ongoing development. /liliCoordinate change delivery plans with leadership to ensure successful implementation of Zespri’s transformation initiatives. /liliCollaborate with the People Payroll Advisors and the PeopleZone team for seamless operational delivery. /liliPromote Zespri’s culture, values, and purpose within the business. /liliChampion safety and wellbeing initiatives, working with the Safety and Wellbeing Team. /liliAs Regional People Lead, manage local employment and legislative issues and foster a collaborative regional People team. /li /ulh3Who Are You? /h3pWe seek a talented HR Generalist with strong teamwork and stakeholder management skills, ready to advance their career.
