As an HR Administration&Training Intern you will join the HR team based in Cernusco sul Naviglio (MI).
You will
Help shaping the future and take on responsibility:
* Take an active role in supporting the
HR Administration team
across key processes such as
Onboarding, Performance Management, Training & Development, and Offboarding
.
* Gain hands-on experience in
Training & Development
, supporting the operational side of learning activities: organizing and scheduling courses, coordinating with trainers and employees, and handling follow-up tasks.
* Collaborate with external partners such as
job agencies and universities
for temporary contracts and internship activations.
* Contribute to different
HR projects
, managing organizational and administrative tasks.
* Learn how to navigate and work with the main
HR and Bosch corporate tools
.

Qualifications:
* Recent graduate in
Humanities, Economics, or Management Engineering
* Good command of
