As an Enterprise Account Partner in Italy, you will play a key role in enhancing the success of our key accounts with the TOP Italian HQs, leveraging Veeva’s Commercial Cloud, Data Cloud, and Business Consulting. You will strengthen our strategic partnerships, ensuring long-term success and satisfaction. Your responsibilities include nurturing and expanding relationships within the account, acting as the main contact for C-level executives, identifying new business opportunities, overseeing renewals, and consistently delivering innovative solutions. Working closely with an international team of product and service owners, you will align efforts to drive customer success. What You'll Do Manage the Top Italian HQs between Veeva and the account for Commercial, aiming to remain a trusted partner long-term. Develop and implement account vision, strategy, and operational approaches. Serve as the ambassador for your customer within Veeva by focusing on their needs and acting in their best interest. Nurture relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders across Commercial, Medical, IT, and procurement, and develop new relationships as needed. Protect and expand Veeva's footprint through robust daily account management, operational excellence, and a deep understanding of your customer’s business and IT goals. Oversee and coach the multi-functional global account team with strong internal governance to drive innovation and excellence in execution. Navigate complex sales cycles, articulate value propositions, and negotiate contracts and renewals. Manage account administration and contribute to accurate forecasting. Stay current with industry trends and expand knowledge of Veeva’s offerings, both legacy and new. Requirements 8 years of combined experience in sales and consulting services. Experience in Software, Consulting, or Pharmaceutical Marketing Agency sectors. Deep knowledge of the Life Sciences industry and familiarity with digital transformation in Commercial. Proven ability to develop multi-layered relationships across various functions including business, IT, and procurement. Ability to articulate complex value propositions and benefits. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. High work ethic and sense of urgency regarding customer needs. Self-motivated with minimal supervision.
