Our R&D; Department is the _Competence Centre _for Bosch vacuum pumps at a _Global level._
Furthermore, the company produces engine Oil / Fuel pumps and hydraulic systems, respectively for passengers car / commercial vehicles and off highway vehicles.
BOSCH VHIT employs about 500 people.
Job Description**
Help shape the future**: You will join the new Innovation Team supporting the company’s transformation to go beyond;
**Observe and think ahead**: You will perform market analysis in order to discover new potential business opportunities;
**Experience cooperation**:You will collaborate within a transversal team to make common objectives happen;
**Take responsibility**: You will be proactively involved in the Employer Branding projects and communication, managing both internal and external innovation events;
**Network establishment**:You will develop relations with R&D; centers, Universities, Companies, territory’s Institutions in order to enforce possible collaborations and stimulate innovative partnerships.
**Live internationally**: You will live an international environment having relationships with different cultures.
Qualifications**
Education**:Thesis student or newly graduated student in Management Engineering, Economics or similar backgrounds;
**Experience and Know How**:Academic knowledge. Passion for project management and communication will be a plus;
**Personality**: Goal-orientation, team working, proactivity, problem solving and analytical ability, willingness to take responsibilities;
**Language skills**:Fluent English, German will be a plus;
**Interests**: Desire to growth within a complex manufacturing organization open to an international environment.
