Executive Assistant The candidate will report to the Sales Director and specifically will have the following responsibilities. - Organization and management of the agenda, travel and transfers - Managing correspondence and filtering incoming and outgoing communications - Preparation of documents, reports, bid support, - Managing relationships with customers, agents and distributors - Organization of meetings, meetings - Participation in trade fairs Requirements Bachelor's degree in humanities - At least 3 - 4 years of experience in the role gained within strongly Export oriented sales functions - Fluent English, knowledge of a second European language preferred - Excellent standing and excellent personal and written communication skills - Excellent organizational skills - Excellent knowledge of the Office package - Spirit of initiative and problem solving, diplomacy and confidentiality complete the profile - Sunny attitude, enthusiasm, outgoing and able and to talk with everyone.
