As an HR Manager at Splendido, A Belmond Hotel, youll lead a team that drives extraordinary results behind the scenes to ensure our employees enjoy just as many memorable moments as our guests. Primary Responsibilities Include
* Developing HR strategy by identifying human resource needs, anticipating future requirements, and creating effective policies at Splendido, while also considering the unique staffing demands driven by the hotel's seasonal operations
* Recruiting and selecting top-tier candidates for all positions within the hotel, as well as making recommendations for hiring decisions. This includes proactive recruitment strategies to address peak season needs
* Facilitating employee onboarding and orientation to ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements
* Managing performance, employee relations, and engagement through conflict management, open communication, and team-building initiatives
* Serving as a collaborator with the Divisional HR team, ensuring alignment with broader organizational goals and initiatives
* Managing and reporting on HR metrics and activities through Belmond and LVMH systems, providing timely and accurate data to support decision-making
Requirements
You are an experienced HR Manager with a background in the hospitality field.
What You Bring
* At least 6 years of professional experience in HR roles
* Experience in the hospitality industry at managerial level
* Knowledge of employee relations, performance management, recruitment, and HR management
* Experience creating and leading employee development and training
* Preferred experience with Zucchetti payroll systems
* Proven experience in managing and developing a team
* Fluency in both Italian and English is mandatory
