Shop/Plan Operator‑Senior Specialist
Responsibilities
* Compile the disassembly/mounting plan, identify materials and perform preliminary inspection of parts according to applicable specifications.
* Maintain workstation and comply with production area rules and safety regulations.
* Suggest improvement actions for the continuous improvement program.
* Participate weekly in safety and quality discussions within the team (Safety & Quality Talk).
* Compile the test plan and report of test results.
Qualifications
* Diploma of a technical high school (preferably Mechanical Technician).
* Experience with turbine assemblies and/or mechanical precision assembly.
* Knowledge of Oil & Gas industry products.
* Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
* Competence in using precision measuring instruments.
* Computer skills (Excel, Word, e‑mail).
* Teamwork attitude.
* Availability to work shifts, including weekends if necessary.
* Valid EU work permit.
