Responsibilities of the Customer Support Advisor: - Responding to customers via emails and Social Media Platforms including Facebook' X and Instagram. - Providing excellent customer service to all' supporting with questions and queries. - Maximizing opportunities to showcase brand's products. - General customer queries i.e. missing orders' payment issues' product availability' or recommendations. - Dealing with order queries including cancellations' returns' modifying orders. To be a Customer Support Advisor you'll need: - Fluent in language and English language (both oral and written). - Minimum 6 months customer service experience. - Customer focused and attention to detail. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. - Motivated to drive customer satisfaction. - Computer literate and ability to navigate around a computer system. - You must have a minimum broadband speed of 10mgbs and a private room at home to work.
