Mission Optimize and organize upstream flows with suppliers to enhance supply chain performance. This role is crucial for ensuring product availability while minimizing total stock on hand. Key Responsibilities Optimize supply parameters and stock levels to maximize customer satisfaction and cash flow efficiency. Set & release suppliers forecast, manage logistic terms and conditions to promote a touchless supply chain. Continuously increase Upstream cash and digital efficiency. Main Activities Supply & Data Management: Manage and update key supply and stock parameters, including setting and releasing supplier forecasts and defining logistics terms. Replenishment & Procurement: Oversee material replenishment for raw materials and finished goods, using Material Requirement Planning (MRP) to maintain optimum stock levels. Performance & Improvement: Drive continuous improvement by conducting root cause analysis on customer delays and improving upstream supply chain performance and efficiency. Collaboration & Project Coordination: Collaborate with Downstream Planning Leaders to manage end-to-end inventory and coordinate upstream tasks for various projects, such as new product introductions, phase-outs, and production transfers.
