Lead the audit team in performing audits and assessments according to DNV standards, protocols, and international or equivalent national standards, following established DNV methodologies and rules. The candidate must hold qualifications in accordance with these requirements.
Main areas of responsibility include:
* Carrying out audit work efficiently and competently as required by instructions, the Quality System, or formal agreements with clients.
* Promptly contacting customers to confirm planned activities.
* Ensuring the independence of the DNV scheme is maintained at all times.
* Maintaining or acquiring Auditor Registration with DNV or equivalent to serve as Lead Auditor.
* Planning and executing audits, reporting findings, and conducting follow-ups within agreed timeframes and budgets.
* Adhering to professional standards and demonstrating competence in core areas.
* Developing and maintaining positive relationships with client personnel.
* Contributing to a positive work environment and maintaining high morale.
* Working effectively as part of a team and supporting professional development.
* Communicating effectively with management, team members, and clients.
* Using audit tools correctly to ensure proper certification processes.

Qualifications:
* Qualified third-party auditor according to voluntary schemes related to Management System Certification or equivalent experience.
* APSCA qualification for third-party audits, SA8000 qualification, or social audit experience is preferred.
* Fluent in Italian and proficient in English is a plus.
* Willingness to travel within Italy.
* Strong teamwork skills, a positive, result-driven mindset, and good organizational skills.
