The internship will take place in the sustainability department within the Global Quality, Sustainability & Compliance area.
The candidate will collaborate with the Sustainability Supervisor in the implementation and execution of cross-functional projects in the field of sustainability, applying specific analysis and problem-solving methodologies.
In particular, after acquiring the necessary knowledge of products, processes and reference standards, they will be involved in the following activities:
- Analysis of sustainability KPIs (key performance indicators) and related trends
- Improvement of the sustainability dashboard and information flows
- Non-financial reporting
- Environmental impact and product circularity studies throughout the life cycle
- Assessing corporate sustainability performance as requested by customers
- Assessing the sustainability performance of the supply chain
Skills to be developed:
- Knowledge of sustainability performance assessment and development methodologies
- Knowledge of the reference context, products and processes, and the reference standards system
- Ability to work and interact in working groups
- Ability to communicate and present complex data
- Use of problem-solving techniques
Tools and methodologies to be learned:
- Corporate reporting regulatory requirements (CSRD)
- Non-financial reporting requirements (GRI/ESRS)
- Calculation of scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions in line with the GHG Protocol
- Environmental impact studies of products and processes
Requirements:
- Degree in Environmental Science, Management Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Economics for the Environment and Sustainability or similar.
- Postgraduate courses/specialisations in sustainability are considered a plus.
- Good knowledge of the Office suite.
- Good knowledge of the English language.
