As a key member of our HR team, you will report directly to the Group HR & Organization Director and serve as the go-to person for all personnel administration matters. Your mission: ensure flawless payroll cycles, deliver actionable insights through advanced HR analytics, and support headcount planning and cost efficiency across our workforce. What You’ll Do Act as the primary HR reference for all payroll and personnel administration topics, ensuring seamless preparation and supervision of every payroll cycle. Collaborate closely with our external payroll provider, guaranteeing accurate and timely data transmission for payroll calculations. Maintain, audit, and continuously update all employee administrative records, ensuring data integrity and compliance. Monitor labor market regulations proactively regarding legislative updates, decrees, and incentives that could impact contracts, compensation, and employee benefits. Provide expert support to employees on a wide range of HR administration topics (system anomalies, leave, absences, illness, injuries, pensions, and more). Lead and contribute to HR Service & Operational Excellence projects, leveraging cutting-edge tools and technologies to conduct deep-dive analyses of HR and payroll data, generating strategic recommendations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Extract and analyze data to monitor personnel cost trends, supporting informed decision-making and budget optimization. Prepare and present periodic reports for internal stakeholders, translating complex data into clear, actionable insights.
