ENGINEERING OPERATIONS AND PROGRAM MANAGEMENT SUPPORT – AVIATION DOMAIN
Job location: Torino Area
Responsibilities
Support the Technical Managers in all the planning activities, starting from the technical inputs received by the Section, Engineering or other departments
Manage possible comments, exception and technical clarification requests received by the vendors in collaboration with the technical stakeholders
Support the process of PO creation
Monitor the invoicing process
Monitor actual costs vs budgets
Develop reports for Engineering Operations Leaders for specific topics
Attend meetings and elaborate minute of meetings.
Skills required
Master degree in Engineering (Management, Mechanical, etc.)
Proficient in using industry-specific software and tools (i.e. Excel, PowerPoint, Word, MS Project, smartsheets)
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, effective communication and teamwork abilities
Proficiency in English, minimum B2 level is required
Previous experience in SAP will be considered preferential.
