This role holds full responsibility for sales, profitability and the overall Country Organization, acting as the primary national interface for the Division. You will ensure the execution of the global strategy while leveraging local market insights to accelerate business development. Key Responsibilities - Achieve and manage the yearly Sales, OI and EBITDA budget for the country. - Lead, manage and develop the Italian Country Organization, ensuring strong performance across sales and service activities. - Serve as the main point of contact for the Division and/or Business Units, ensuring alignment between global strategy and local execution. - Handle site‑related matters and maintain effective relationships with public authorities and institutional stakeholders. - Support the development and implementation of the group‑wide divisional strategy, enriching it with customer insights, market intelligence and local expertise. - Ensure the successful execution of strategic plans to drive business results for GEA in Italy. - Oversee all sales and service activities in the country, coordinating customer interactions to maximize synergies and cross‑selling opportunities across the GEA portfolio. - Lead the country management and sales teams, building a state‑of‑the‑art sales and service organization. - Translate the regional strategy into a detailed country and sales plan, manage the budgeting process and execute sales and service initiatives. - Develop the country setup in line with Division and Business Unit requirements, contributing to the design of the go‑to‑market strategy. - Identify and manage national key accounts to maximize volume, cross‑selling and negotiation of major contracts. - Ensure full compliance with corporate policies, QHSE guidelines and local laws. - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers across a wide range of industries, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to maximize market access.
