Responsibilities Provide first and second level support and problem resolution for customer issues. Collaborate with third-party vendors to resolve complex AV issues as needed. Communicate timely updates on issue status and resolution. Maintain ticket updates for all reported incidents. Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot Windows operating systems (XP, 7, 8.1, 10) and Microsoft Office 2010. Cisco Jabber is also supported. Have basic knowledge of Mac OS to support Apple PC users. Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot printers and hardware. Perform general preventive maintenance on computers, laptops, and printers. Perform remedial repairs on desktops, laptops, printers, and other authorized peripherals. Use diagnostic tools to troubleshoot network connectivity and workstation hardware / software issues. Possess broad IT experience with a basic understanding of networks, servers, AV, smart devices, and telecoms. This role requires flexibility and teamwork in a project-based environment. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements Must hold a valid work permit. Extensive knowledge of IT and computers. Several years of relevant experience is preferred.
