YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Posting job advertisements on major recruiting platforms
2. Screening CVs and conducting initial screening interviews
3. Supporting communication with department managers to understand hiring needs
4. Managing and organizing HR documentation and records
5. Supporting HR projects, particularly in training and talent development initiatives
