This includes ensuring attentive, friendly, courteous, and efficient service, anticipating guests' needs, and delivering a memorable hospitality experience according to Hyatt standards and procedures. /ppThe role requires a natural flair for luxury hospitality and strong communication skills. The manager actively upsells to maximize revenue and works towards achieving personal and team revenue and service goals. /ppManagement-level associates are expected to work as much as necessary to fulfill their responsibilities. The manager develops short-term and long-term financial and operational plans supporting Hyatt Centric Murano Venice's overall objectives. /ppAdditionally, the manager serves as a role model for teamwork, fostering a positive work environment within the department and across other departments. They teach, implement, and reward employees for utilizing their empowerment to meet or exceed customer expectations.
