THE ROLEOff-White is looking for an experienced and solution-focused Customer Service Specialist. In this role, you will be part of the Customer Service team, managing the full order lifecycle for menswear and kidswear, from order entry to final delivery, and engaging with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth order management.
WHAT YOU'LL DOManage and review orders from the time of receipt to the time of shipment being responsible for successfully and accurately completing all transactions which include management of order status, monitoring shipment flow, invoicingProcess amendments such as order changes based on customer needsExecute shippingMonitor delivery performance and solve problems, in collaboration with the logistics teamPrepare documents required for the shipment of the orders and raise sundry documents for specific commercial agreements to ensure all the conditions and procedures are met to guarantee an efficient shipping processProactively identify operational problems, suggest solutions, and enhance customer service-related procedures and processes
WHO YOU ARE4+ years of experience in customer service within the fashion luxury industryGreat Excel skills with the ability to interpret data and produce reportsGreat communication skills with the ability to build positive working relationships with cross-functional teamsFluent in English and Italian, written and spokenStrong team player with the ability to work in a dynamic fast-paced ever-changing environment
