Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Within the Customer Service Department, your goal will be to prevent RR aging from exceeding 6 months for private customers and 12 months for corporate clients.
Main tasks include:
* Analyze RR aging data
* Identify customers at risk
* Send initial communication to inform customers about RR expiration and request orders
* Gather documentation to facilitate Force Invoice process
* Coordinate with Customer Service team to perform Forced invoices at expiration
Note: This is a temporary position.
