Responsibilities
As a PEOPLE SERVICES LEGAL ENTITIES INTERNSHIP you will:
* Learn the various ways of entry and internal mobility (recruitment, internship, secondment) within the Group.
* Manage Time Management for several CCNL and CIA reference agreements.
* Be involved in support activities for the operation of processes.
Key Support Activities
* Provide specialist support to the Legal Entities structures of the BNPP Group.
* Assist directly to collaborators.
* Communicate with external entities.
* Preside on regulatory compliance.
* Analyze and report HR data.
Candidate Ideal
* Young university graduate in economics, law or related disciplines.
* Shows commitment, passion, energy and positivity.
* Communicates with clarity and fluidity.
* Is capable of managing critical situations.
* Has knowledge of labor law.
* Keeps up-to-date with regulatory changes that affect the field.
* Is comfortable working with data.
* Has a good command of English and the Office suite, especially Excel.
