THE POSITION:
The Consultant, Global Pricing and Access position’s responsibilities include delivering client consultancy projects and helping to manage project-related analytics, data, and tools available through our industry platforms, Pricentric and PriceRight, while enriching them with tailored insight and custom research. The Consultant will ensure that client projects are delivered to schedule, while maintaining the highest level of quality and value expectations.
As a consultant, you will support research and lead analysis focused around: pricing, market access launch strategy, competitor research, value-based pricing analyses, HTAs, and more! Applicants should be experienced in leading and facilitating client analyses, identifying client needs & problems and implementing robust data driven solutions, and managing their team’s workload to complete client deliverables.
The opportunity for growth is limitless! Effective consultants will also contribute to business development through the development of proposals and related activities as we work towards our quarterly revenue goals
The role is home office based, (full-time position), ideally located in Poland, Ireland, the UK, Italy, Portugal, Germany or Spain and the job holder must be legally eligible to work in the European Union or in the UK
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Our consultants are tasked with delivering excellent business results through the efforts of the project team. These results are achieved by:
1. Supporting the design, development and delivery of client analyses & deliverables
2. Supporting the development of client reports and presentations and delivery of all or significant portions of findings to client. Consults also provide follow-up with clients after project deliverable has been completed to ensure client satisfaction.
3. Leveraging business experience and acumen in identifying a strategic approach to project and client questions. You will have a solution-orientated approach and look to add client value wherever possible.
4. Supporting the development of intellectual property for use in future engagements
5. Developing broader and deeper knowledge of consulting methodologies and the pharmaceutical market through on-the-job experience and training
6. High attention to quality and detail with strong written and spoken English.
7. Excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills, able to present information in compelling and creative ways (story telling through data, insights, effective slides).

Qualifications
MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
The requirements listed below are representative of the experience, education, knowledge, skill and/or abilities required.
10. B.S./B.A in relevant field of study required.
11. 0-2 years of pharmaceutical, medical/health industry-related experience required
12. A demonstrated ability to lead and own personal projects.
13. Demonstrates self-awareness and accountability.
14. Strong conceptual, analytic and problem-solving skills.
15. Excellent project management skills.
16. Ability to establish credibility in front of service clients.
17. Solid understanding of pharmaceutical business practices and the issues clients face in specific segments of responsibility
18. Working knowledge of the market research development process.
19. Quantitative and qualitative market research skills.
20. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
21. Ability to utilize large amounts of data and other types of information from multiple sources to complete a final analysis of a business question/situations and make recommendations.
22. Must have ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and work on multiple projects simultaneously.
23. Willingness and ability to travel approximately 10-20% of time.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
24. Advanced degree (e.g., MBA, MS, MPH).
25. Background in International Pricing and Market Access, analytics and modelling/forecasting would be a plus to effectively lead Global Market Access and Pricing projects for key clients.
26. 1+ years of management consulting experience.
