WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented
Amazon Account Manager
to join our international
Amazon team. You will play a key role in managing and growing our brands on Amazon, driving revenue, performance, and strategic expansion across multiple markets. You’ll be part of a flat, dynamic, and collaborative environment where ownership and impact are central to how we work.
REQUIREMENTS Must have At least
3 years of experience
in Amazon account management, ideally across multiple EU marketplaces. Proven track record of
managing full accounts
(preferably for consumer goods brands) and delivering measurable growth. Strong skills in
keyword research, listing optimization, and
account health management. Solid understanding of
Amazon PPC strategies
and campaign performance metrics. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, with strong attention to detail. Fluent
English
(Italian or German is a plus). Collaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally with teams such as design, marketing, and operations. Nice to have Experience working with
Amazon Brand Registry
and new market launches. Previous experience in
FBA logistics
and
international expansion projects. Experience managing or coordinating
virtual assistants
(VAs).
WHAT YOU’LL DO You will join a high-performing, international Amazon team led by our
Head of Amazon, collaborating closely with specialists, PPC experts, and designers. Your key responsibilities will include: End-to-end management
of 2 key brands, contributing approximately €4M in annual revenue. Conducting
keyword research, optimizing listings, and applying proprietary Neulabs SOPs and frameworks. Ensuring
account health and compliance, managing KYC and other operational aspects to prevent disruptions. Coordinating with cross-functional teams for
new product launches
and
geographical expansion. Building and maintaining an internal
knowledge base of best practices
to foster continuous improvement. Reporting performance and strategic updates to the
Business Manager
and
Head of Amazon .
You will collaborate closely with: The Amazon team during weekly strategy huddles; The Design team for visuals and creative assets; Virtual Assistants for operational support; Business and brand managers for alignment on performance and priorities.
