This role is part of a larger vision to create a global ecosystem where innovation is decentralized, community-powered, and aligned with the UN's Sustainable Development Goals. You will work at the intersection of ethical design, material innovation, and systems thinking – helping shape the garments, processes, and values that define this new collaborative economy.
Responsibilities:
* Design circular systems for In-house brands (e.g. reuse, upcycling, rental models)
* Develop eco-conscious fashion concepts and collections
* Prototype using sustainable materials and low-impact methods
* Craft brand storytelling around sustainability values
* Conduct market research and user discovery for product-market fit
* Organize events, workshops, or content around sustainable fashion practices
Requirements:
* A creative thinker with hands-on experience in sustainable fashion
* Knowledgeable in circular design, materials, and ethical production
* Comfortable prototyping using sustainable materials or tools
* Interested in regenerative design, storytelling, and community engagement
* Fluent in English, and ideally another language
* Collaborative, self-directed, and aligned with purpose-driven work
