The intern will be part of the Middle Office Loan Administration in CA CIB Milan Branch and will support the team in all the operational/administrative activities of transactions and financial services offered to clients and Crédit Agricole network.
He/she will liase with several departments and stakeholders, particularly:
Local back offices
Finance/Accounting
Credit Risk
Compliance
Front offices: Coverage e Structured finance
CA-CIB/Crédit Agricole network
Platforms for transaction processes.
The intern will learn how a primary investment bank works, acquiring also the necessary skills to manage transactions, loans, payments and domestic guarantees.
He/she will be also focused mainly on the following activities:
Providing proper documentation for accounts opening
Providing Domestic guarantees
Managing Bilateral deals
Ensuring that daily transactions are processed and settled smoothly and efficiently
Ensuring proper quality of financial service offered to CA CIB Milan clients
Internal and to Head Office reporting
Requirements:
- Very good knowledge of MS Office tools (mainly Excel and Access);
- Italian speaker;
- English very good;
- French fair knowledge;
- Motivation;
- Precision;
- Analysis and summarizing skills;
- Teamworking spirit.
