About your workplace
HR Trainee
The intern will be placed in the HR team providing support in the following activities:
1. Search and selection activities:
* Management of different recruiting channels
* Contact with recruting agencies and with the main Italian Universities/Masters
* Screening of cv's received and support during interviews
2. Support activities to the administrative area
3. Organization of training courses:
* Calendar planning and invitation management
* Development and implementation of e-learning training portal
* Contacts with lecturers/trainers to organize courses
4. Updating reporting and analysis and internal communication (newsletter)
Requirements and Characteristics Required:
* Master's degree or Master's degree
* Good knowledge of English and major computer systems
* Good organizational and planning skills
* Strong results orientation
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Duration and benefits provided:
The internship will last for six months full-time + extension for an additional 4 months.
Reimbursement of expenses and company catering.
