After-sales Technical Support_Energy Storage Solution (ESS)
Job Overview:
The resource will be inserted in the Service Department and will be responsible for all the after-sales service support activities related to Hisense ESS products and solutions in Italy.
Responsibilities:
* Management and development of the Service Network Energy Storage Solution
* Technical-support to the Service network on solutions with ESS Energy Storage Solution
* Control of the activities and related costs of the Service Network
* Organization of training for service networks
* Support to the Pre-Sales team in the management of meetings with Home Appliance Research Center and in the organization of technical seminars and product training
* Management of technical documentation
* Support and co-operation with HQ in the analysis of quality and improvement of the products.
* Support on-site to Service Network
Required Skills:
* Background in thermomechanical / energy / mechanical fields
* Experience as a Service technical support
* Knowledge of the Energy Storage Solution product and market
* Preferable experience in ESS management and supervision systems applied
* Strong interpersonal and Communication skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
* Language skills: good English proficiency
