Join Electrolux Professional Group - as INTERN in Product Management After-Sales in our BA Food Europe ABOUT THE JOB Project is aimed to make an updated after-sale offer when it comes to new and current projects with particular regards to Spares, Documentation and possible digital initiatives aimed to promote and boost the service offer. ABOUT YOUR TASKS: - You will work as a part of Customer Care team BA Food Europe, in collaboration with marketing, sales and R&D department to collect, analyze and elaborate data to get insight into Food Service industry in the B2B environment. - Understanding the key mechanical, electrical, and electronic processes of professional kitchen equipment. - Collaborate with the technical and marketing departments in drafting and updating technical and operative documentation - Support the digitalization of technical documentation - Work with the team to ensure proper implementation of procedures. - Contribute to the management of Spare Part master data - Implement digital solutions to manage and optimize business processes. - Contribute to aftersales service innovation and the creation of new solutions to improve operational efficiency. - Work closely with the sales and marketing departments to contribute to the development of new business opportunities - Promote the integration of IoT and connectivity technologies ABOUT YOU - Academic degree in business and/or technical field - Good Knowledge and use of Excel (including pivots and graphs), PowerPoint. - Technical background is a plus - English fluent - Italian (if not mother tongue) - Good in searching information independently, analyze and elaborate data - Digital attitude - Curious - Pro-active - Willing to learn - can work in team and interact with different people/departments.can organize time and resources in a multiple category environment. - REQUIRED COMPETENCES - Customer Obsessed - you are focused on delivering value to the customers, both internal and external - Trustworthy - you are accountable and deliver on your commitments.
