Ph3About the Role /h3pWe are looking for an experienced Affiliate Relationship Manager (ARM) to manage and grow long‑term relationships with key affiliates and channel partners across global markets. /ppThis role is not focused on cold acquisition or aggressive business development. Instead, the ARM acts as a strategic partner manager responsible for affiliate retention, revenue growth, relationship stability, and risk awareness. /ppThe ideal candidate understands the crypto/FX affiliate ecosystem deeply, is highly relationship‑oriented, commercially sensitive, and capable of balancing growth with compliance and platform interests. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ullipManage and maintain relationships with existing affiliates, KOLs, trading communities, and strategic partners /p /lilipDrive affiliate performance growth across user acquisition, trading volume, retention, and revenue contribution /p /lilipMonitor affiliate performance metrics and identify abnormal behaviors, risks, or growth opportunities /p /lilipHandle affiliate concerns professionally, including commission disputes, competitor poaching, and operational escalations /p /lilipCollaborate with internal teams including Marketing, Product, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Legal /p /lilipDesign and execute joint campaigns, incentive programs, and partnership initiatives with affiliates /p /lilipAnalyze affiliate ROI, trading behaviors, and lifecycle performance to improve overall ecosystem efficiency /p /lilipIdentify and prevent potential risks such as wash trading, arbitrage abuse, multi‑accounting, or non‑compliant traffic sources /p /lilipMaintain strong market awareness of competitor affiliate programs, commission structures, and industry trends /p /lilipSupport affiliate onboarding, due diligence, and long‑term relationship development /p /li /ulh3Requirements /h3h3Industry Experience /h3ullipExperience in Crypto, FX, CFD, Trading Platforms, or related financial industries /p /lilipFamiliar with exchange affiliate ecosystems, commission structures, and rebate mechanisms /p /lilipExperience in Affiliate Marketing, Key Account Management (KAM), or B2B partnership management /p /lilipStrong understanding of affiliate lifecycle management and partner incentive systems /p /li /ulh3Core Competencies /h3ullipStrong relationship management and stakeholder communication skills /p /lilipAbility to handle sensitive partner situations with maturity and professionalism /p /lilipGood analytical skills with the ability to interpret trading volume, retention, ROI, and behavioral trends /p /lilipCommercial negotiation capability for exclusive partnerships, tiered commissions, and co‑marketing campaigns /p /lilipStrong risk awareness regarding affiliate abuse, compliance concerns, and suspicious trading activities /p /lilipCross‑cultural communication skills; experience managing LATAM, MENA, SEA, or global markets is preferred /p /li /ulh3Personality Mindset /h3ullipPatient, stable, and long‑term relationship oriented /p /lilipStrong service mindset and partnership mentality /p /lilipHigh emotional intelligence and strong interpersonal sensitivity /p /lilipAble to detect early signals of affiliate churn, competitor engagement, or business decline /p /lilipSelf‑driven, detail‑oriented, and capable of working in a fast‑paced environment /p /li /ulh3Nice to Have /h3ullipTrading or quantitative trading background /p /lilipExperience in compliance, risk control, or partner due diligence /p /lilipExperience managing online communities or affiliate ecosystems /p /lilipFluency in English is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
