Work Schedule
Shifts : Monday to Saturday, including bank holidays, between 08 : 00 and 19 : 00 (rotational shifts)
Days Off : Sunday + 1 rotational day off per week
Salary & Compensation
Base Salary : 1,024 per 14 months
Performance Bonus : 225 per 12 months
Position Bonus (Braga only) : 20 per 12 months
Meal Allowance : 7.23 per working day
Transport Allowance : 20 per month
Health Insurance : Coverage starts from Day 1 (monthly contribution required), free after 6 months
Relocation Support : Provided for eligible candidates relocating within Portugal
Your Role
As a Sales Support Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for Italian-speaking customers. You'll handle inquiries, manage reservations, resolve technical issues, and ensure every interaction aligns with the company's high standards of service and professionalism.
What Youll Do
Support customers with sales-related inquiries, product information, and troubleshooting
Communicate across multiple channels : phone, email, chat, and social media
Tailor communication to reflect brand tone and customer needs
Handle escalations with empathy and a customer-first mindset
Log and manage all customer interactions with attention to detail
Who You Are
Fluent in Italian and English (spoken and written)
Experience in customer service or sales support (preferred)
Tech-savvy and comfortable with troubleshooting digital tools
Skilled in communication and multitasking
Resilient and calm under pressure, with a proactive attitude
