Ph3Overview /h3pAxiom Technologies is a Global IT Services partner supporting medium to large-scale enterprises. /ppWe are looking for a highly skilled and hands-on Data Center Smart Hands Engineer to support daily operations within our data center facilities. This is a Dispatch on Demand (Ticket-Based) role, requiring availability to respond to service tickets as needed. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the physical installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of IT hardware, servers, and network equipment, ensuring optimal performance and uptime. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliPerform racking and stacking of servers and networking equipment. /liliHandle installation, removal, and replacement of server and network components (e.g., HDDs, memory, NICs, PSUs). /liliProvide Smart Hands support, including power cycling, visual inspection, patching cables, and assisting remote teams. /liliSupport data center network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and cabling. /liliMaintain accurate documentation of equipment and work performed. /liliMonitor equipment performance and report issues proactively. /liliCoordinate with remote support teams and vendors for troubleshooting and maintenance activities. /liliEnsure compliance with data center standards, security protocols, and safety procedures. /li /ulh3Requirements /h3ulliProven experience in a data center or IT infrastructure environment. /liliStrong understanding of server hardware, networking components, and troubleshooting. /liliHands-on experience with cabling, power management, and hardware maintenance. /liliAbility to follow standard operating procedures and communicate clearly with remote teams. /liliBasic understanding of networking (TCP / IP, switches, routers) is a plus. /liliAbility to work independently in a physically demanding environment. /liliWillingness to work in shifts or provide on-call support if required. /li /ulh3Preferred Qualifications /h3ulliTechnical certifications (e.g., CompTIA Server+, CCNA, or similar). /liliExperience with ticketing systems and remote collaboration tools. /liliKnowledge of data center best practices and safety standards. /li /ulh3What next? /h3pIf you are looking for that next challenge in your career and wish to apply for this role, please forward your resume to @ /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
