Summary The Material Planner works to procure components in charge for the specific commodities assigned, necessary to provide continuity of shop floor activities to meet production plan scheduled in our Medolla Plant. Join our mission and develop your career path within our Supply Chain team! What You’ll Do Analyze MRP inputs regularly to ensure the right level of availability and inventory value. Release purchase orders for assigned portfolio to authorized suppliers, considering lead times and supplier quality agreements. Phase-in and phase-out components as part of the design change process. Analyze portfolio, setting procurement parameters and safety stock aligned with target inventory. Print orders, transmit to suppliers, and fold them properly. Collaborate closely with suppliers, checking delivery dates according to purchase orders. Manage return of components if necessary. Update supplier data in the system, including new supplier requests and purchase part parameters. Implement KPIs to monitor supplier performance and inventory levels. Apply procedures and purchasing standards. What You’ll Bring High school diploma or University Degree (preferably in Management Engineering, Production Engineering, or similar). Previous experience in Supply Chain, Material Planning, or Purchasing operations. Good knowledge of English. Excellent communication skills and strong interpersonal skills.
