Procurement analyst internship (minerbio)

Together, we are building a better world, so we can all enjoy living in it. **Role Definition** We are looking for a Procurement Analyst to join the Indirect Material Procurement team at the Minerbio facility, supporting a six-month project. The Procurement Analyst will interact with multiple facility departments, Global Support Services within the CAT organization, and external suppliers, mainly based in Italy.
A key objective of the role is to support the facility team in identifying potential issues during the implementation phase and to ensure the correct interaction between existing and new systems, in close collaboration with the local IT team. **Responsibilities**
- Update and maintain supplier master data within the ERP system, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Upload supplier catalogues and ensure data consistency in compliance with corporate and facility procurement policies.
- Support the deployment of procurement process documentation (e.g. guidelines, procedures, checklists).
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to sourcing strategies and procurement processes.
- Provide administrative support to the procurement team when required. **Education Requirement** Degree in progress or completed in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply chain. Fluent in English. Advanced in IT tools. **Skill Description**
