Generative AI Specialist
CRIF, a prestigious and innovative international group specializing in informational solutions, decision models, outsourcing, software, and consulting services to support banks, financial companies, insurance companies, utilities, and telecommunications companies, is seeking a Generative AI Specialist. The successful candidate will join our "Global B2B Analytics" area, the centre of innvoation and excellence at CRIF that combines expertise in Data Science, Data Engineering, and Generative AI.
Profile:
PhD or Master's Degree in statistics, applied mathematics, computer science, quantitative economics, econometrics or a similar quantitative field.
3+ years of experience in Data Science / AI fields
Strong problem-solving skills and teamwork capabilities
Strong communication skills
Knowledge of major trends and technologies in AI/GenAI
Hard Skills:
Excellent knowledge of Python and common data science libraries (pandas, numpy, scikit-learn...).
Deep understanding of the fundamentals of statistics and machine learning (sampling theory, inference and interpretation, model validation, regression and classification techniques, etc.)
Experience with synthetic data generation approaches for the evaluation of AI Systems
Experience with prompt engineering techniques for LLMs and other generative models
Familiarity with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Qdrant, ...) and integration with AI systems, for example RAG
Experience working with one of the major cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure)
Knowledge of MLOps and microservices architectures
Familiarity with instrument of version control (es. Git) and base knowledge of container software (Docker)
Nice to have:
Knowledge of deep learning libraries (Pytorch, tensorflow and keras)
Knowledge of AI security and safety risks, and effective mitigation strategies
Deep understanding of LLM post-training stages (e.g. SFT, RL, distillation) and evaluation methods
