Job Title: Bus Development Manager
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Executive to join our team in Italy. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a strategic direction for our bus and coach business opportunities in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
* Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to expand our customer base and increase revenue.
* Customer Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including OEMs, operators, and other stakeholders in the industry.
* Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them.
* Market Analysis: Conduct market analysis to understand customer needs and preferences.
* Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on product features and benefits to effectively communicate with customers.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the bus industry in Italy.
* Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Education: A degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
* Language: Fluency in Italian and English is required.
