Your Impact
* Own and drive end-to-end operational performance for strategic clients
* Act as the key connector between operations, customer service, and leadership teams
* Lead performance management, using KPIs and data to continuously improve service delivery
* Adherence to the agreed SLAs with the client.
* Solve complex operational challenges and manage critical client escalations
* Identify and implement process improvements to optimize efficiency and quality
* Support workforce and resource planning to ensure operational continuity
* Promote standardization and best practices across teams and sites
What You Bring
* Strong background (min. 3 years) in contract logistics or supply chain operations
* Proven experience in managing performance and KPIs
* Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders
* A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement

Your Environment
* Reporting to the Site Manager, you will work closely with operations leadership, warehouse, service, and continuous improvement teams
* You will act as a key operational integrator, ensuring alignment between customer expectations and execution
