What we’re looking for
Microsoft Solutions Expert responsible for managing and supporting Microsoft solutions and services for the local delivery team. This includes overseeing projects, providing technical support, and ensuring successful integration of Microsoft services.
What you’ll be doing
- Contribute to the projects of M365 based services for all global Orange entities
- Set up hybridization and coexistence solutions for messaging environments supporting the integration and adoption of cloud-based solution inside the orange.com tenant
- Develop PowerShell scripts to support the migration phases from on-premises to cloud services
- Migrate the user mailboxes and other objects from on prem to M365 using the in-house solutions
- Provide expertise and proactive support during the delivery project to meet all client’s questions and requests related to the migration
- Working to deliver the M365 based services for the group, you will strongly participate with the team to build the proposed solutions as an expert, follow-up the implementation and actively contribute to deliver on time the Messaging infrastructure & Service in the Countries.
- You will participate in the Support process to solve at expert level all problems reported by the Countries, and propose solutions. You will participate in the animation of the experts’ community on MS Messaging domains and will be able to investigate and propose solutions in the problems reported by the Countries on project phase
- You will be integrated in the project team and actively contribute to deliver on time the messaging service. You will work with experts of transversal domains as monitoring, storage, network, virtualization etc.
- You will work closely with the Project Managers and Messaging/Governance/Other workstreams teams to deliver the Microsoft365(Exchange Online, Teams, Sharepoint online, etc)/Legacy Services(Tiger, GalSync, etc) for the group customers.
Main activities:
- Assist Project Manager by participating in weekly customer meetings, providing technical expertise throughout the project delivery lifecycle
- Serve as the first point of contact for the assigned Project Managers on any technical issues related to the project and provide resolutions to specific issues.
- Develop technical studies for specific use cases within the M365 environment
- Create processes and scripts to facilitate the seamless migration from on-premise systems to M365 cloud-based solutions
- Prepare and maintain documentation, including technical specifications, testing plans, operational guides, and support guides
- Oversee the implementation of the solution
- Collaborate with support teams to resolve customer issues as needed

High competencies on products:
- Windows Server 2012/2016/2019
- Active Directory (GPOs, ACLs, OU mgmt), Entra ID (CA, MFA), AD Connect sync & fixes.
- SCCM & Intune
- Exchange On-Prem & Exchange Online
- Microsoft 365 (Teams, SPO, OneDrive, Intune MDM, mac@work, Hybrid Join)
- PKI (cert enrollment basics)
- Windows 10/11 lifecycle management
- PowerShell (advanced)
- Power BI & Power Automate (working knowledge)
