For our R&D Laboratory in Quattordio we are looking for a Logistics Facility & HSE specialist who will have the following responsibilities: Logistics- Supply Chain Management: Oversee the entire supply chain process, from procurement to delivery, ensuring timely and cost-effective distribution of goods- Inventory Control: Manage inventory levels to prevent shortages or excesses, and ensure accurate record-keeping- Coordination: Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and customers to streamline operations and resolve any logístical issues- Transportation Management: Plan and optimize transportation routes to ensure efficient delivery of goods HSE- Safety and Compliance: ensure that all facilities comply with health, safety and environmental regulations. Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify and mitigate potential hazards.- Waste Identification and Classification: Identify and classify various types of waste produced by the company.- Collection and Disposal Management: Coordinate the collection, disposal, or recycling of waste, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.- Monitoring and Control: Monitor and control waste management processes to ensure compliance with environmental laws. Facility- Maintenance and Repairs: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and structural components.- Safety and Compliance: Ensure that all facilities comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify and mitigate potential hazards.- Vendor Management: Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for maintenance, repairs, and other facility-related services.- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and compliance reports.
